  • 2 lobster tails
  • Olive oil or melted butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon wedges

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Prepare lobster tails

Cut shells down center, expose meat.

Step 2: Seasoning

Brush meat with olive oil or melted butter, season with salt and pepper.

Step 3: Smoke

Preheat Z Grills Pellet Grill to around 225–250°F.Place lobster tails cut-side up on the wire rack.Smoke until meat is opaque and firm, about 25–30 minutes.(Brush with extra butter halfway through cooking.)

Step 4: Serve

Remove, rest briefly on cutting board, serve with lemon wedges.
