Crab Cake Mixture
- 1 lb jumbo lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt and black pepper
For Cooking
- Olive oil or melted butter
STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Max
Combine mayonnaise, egg, mustard, Worcestershire, lemon juice, breadcrumbs and parsley,Gently add crab meat and mix lightly.
Step 2: Patty
Shape mixture into patties,Brush patties lightly with oil.
Step 3: Cook
Place crab cakes on wire rack,Grill until golden on the bottom,Flip carefully and cook until heated through.
