
BBQ Cheeseburger Tacos
Thin beef-tortilla tacos cook beef-side down, then get American cheese, bacon, crisp toppings and barbecue burger sauce.
1. Mix the Sauce
Combine sauce ingredients and refrigerate until needed.

2. Heat the Grill
Preheat the pellet grill to 400°F.
3. Press the Tacos
Divide beef into 8 balls. Press each onto a tortilla in a thin, even layer and season with beef rub.

4. Cook Beef-Side Down
Cook beef-side down for 2–3 minutes, until browned.

5. Flip and Melt Cheese
Flip, top each taco with American cheese and cook until cheese melts and tortilla is crisp.
6. Build and Serve
Add lettuce, bacon, pickles, onion, crispy fried onions and burger sauce; fold and serve hot.
